There
are instructions how to use nail polish:
- · Instructions were clear and following these directions was easy.
- · Polishing was easy and all items were useful and quality.
- · Led-lamp was powerful enough and polishing dried quickly.
- · There was only one negative side; there was only one shade, red.
- · Polishing last well, about two weeks.
- · I was really happy for the results and I will definitely try this again.

Design Scenarios
- · More marketing to all beauty care professionals, not only beauty therapists --> revenue might get better.
- · They develop their own product line and concentrate on selling it. More ingredients from Finnish nature
- · Because of the increase there are more positions to Finnish people.
- · Spreading out to abroad also.
- · If they don`t improve their sales and marketing, revenue might get worse.
- · More co-operation with other units (spa, hotels)
- · More activity to different events --> more recognizability

expo
- · Customer comes to the expo and she has good map of expo area and she finds easily to the Saga store.
- · There is no music but otherwise she gets good feeling about what she feels.
- · She recognizes easily workers, because they have matching outfits.
- · Workers look clean and tidy with fresh makeup and hair
- · Atmosphere is professional and she feels herself warmly welcome.
- · Big area with beautifully product set up.
- · There is good scent.
- · Friendly worker comes immediately to her.
- · There are good offers and cheap prices.
- · Worker tells professionally about foundation of products and answers to possible questions.
- · Worker advices you to find right products and how to use them.
- · Then she lets you watch freely and pick up products you like, but she is still available and around you.
- · Customer decides to buy some products and goes to cashier.
- · In the cashier you get free examples and product catalogue and professional remains you how to use products you just bought and Sagas other services.
- · After good customer service, she decides to go to get cheap manicure.
- · Then she leaves happily from the Saga store.

Problem: Alessandro nail polishes don`t sell well
enough.

- · More marketing ( guerilla marketing, more knowledge of products, expos, celebrities as models )
- · Co-operation with schools, companies, professionals, media, celebrities
